Our goal at Professional Women’s Healthcare is to provide you with comprehensive, quality healthcare within a friendly and compassionate atmosphere. We realize the importance in finding a provider you can trust.
We accept appointments Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please call in advance so that we may reserve an appropriate time for you. The office will be closed from 12:30 p.m. through 1:30 p.m. each day for lunch. If you need to call the office during lunch, you may leave a message and someone will return your call after 1:30 p.m.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer that appointment time to another patient. We make every effort to see you on time. Unfortunately, unforeseen emergencies arise. We ask for your patience when these delays occur. If your schedule does not allow for the delay, please notify the receptionist so that we may reschedule you at your convenience.

We only accept routine prescription refills and requests for pain medications during regular office hours. Please provide your name, phar-macy name and phone number, and the prescription name. Routine prescription refills and pain medication will not be called in after normal business hours or on weekends.

Please understand that we cannot call in prescriptions for symptoms we have not diagnosed yet. You must be seen in our office first.

Please try to call our office for all questions and emergencies between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. A receptionist will forward your call to the appropriate staff member.

If you have an emergency and our office is closed, a physician is always on call and can be reached by calling our office phone number. The answering machine will direct you to the appropriate pager number. Please attempt to contact us before proceeding to the hospital. However, in the event of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or proceed directly to the nearest emergency room.

We request payment for all services at the time they are rendered. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MASTER-CARD, DISCOVER, DEBIT CARDS, and CASH. We will gladly file all necessary paperwork with your insurance company. If your treatment is covered by insurance, be sure to give us full information about your coverage. It is your responsibility to pay all deductibles, co-payments, and services not covered by your plan.
Since insurance issues can be confusing, please feel free to contact our Billing Department with any questions
